PRIDE Community Association is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization working to eliminate poverty through the development of safe, decent, and affordable housing. PRIDE owns and manages the housing units in its portfolio. In addition, PRIDE fulfills its charitable giving by offering enrichment programs annually including Housing Counseling, Summer Feeding, and School Supply Drives.
PRIDE’s work is focused on four areas: New construction and development; Acquisition/rehabilitation of existing units; Property Management and Compliance; and Investment in Affordable Housing.
PRIDE is governed by a Board of Directors that possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in community issues and guide the organization’s work. The day to day operations are led by the Executive Team-Kemmeka Davis & John Stuckey.
Our staff has experience in housing and community development and work with local, state, and federal agencies to create programs that empower residents and families and improve the quality of life in the community through recreation, business development, community outreach, and the development of decent and affordable housing.
